Products
We sell pillow mists for use on fabrics, linen and bedding only. Our pillow mists are not intended for direct application to skin, ingestion, or use as a room spray unless stated otherwise.
Please follow all product instructions and safety information provided. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, polished surfaces and delicate fabrics. Patch test on a hidden area of fabric before use.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, or there has been an error in pricing or product information.
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices may be updated at any time but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
UK delivery
We currently sell and ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control once an order has been dispatched.
Returns and cancellations
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. After informing us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.
To request a return, email hello@frantumaglia.com before sending anything back.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of opened or used pillow mists unless they are faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier if required by law.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by UK consumer law. Any upgraded delivery costs will not be refunded beyond the standard delivery amount.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us at hello@frantumaglia.com as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Product use and liability
We are not liable for misuse of our products. Always use products as directed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Website information
We try to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging may vary slightly.
Personal use only
Our products are sold for personal, domestic use only. They must not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
