Our Story....
Frantumaglia was born out of a lifelong fascination with the spaces we move through and the way moments seem to linger there.
From a young age, I was drawn to transient places; small-town hotel lobbies, cinemas, railway stations, where a scent could capture something intangible: a memory, a feeling.
The idea of a pillow mist came naturally, a way to carry them into a simple ritual at the end of the day, something personal, familiar,
a moment of your own.
I grew up in central Greece, near Mountain Olympus, where place and history are closely intertwined. That connection has stayed with me.
The blends that shape Frantumaglia are rooted in places I return to. Pelion, with its mountains, sea and ancient groves, has long been a source of inspiration. It was there that I discovered a small producer of essential oils, each one carrying something of the land itself.
Lavender from sunlit slopes, bergamot from coastal groves, lemon verbena with its soft brightness and frankincense, warm and resinous, come together in blends that draw you in and gently set the mood of a space.
Frantumaglia is about contrast - fragments and stillness. The name reflects a sense of inner movement, shifting and settling over time. Each scent is an invitation to pause, to return and let a moment unfold.
