We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Free UK delivery on orders over £40.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
 

While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services and are outside of our control.
 

Returns
 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
 

To request a return, please email hello@frantumaglia.com within this period.
Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
 

Return conditions
 

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Items must be returned in a resellable condition
   

Hygiene notice
 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
 

Faulty or damaged items
 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@frantumaglia.com as soon as possible with your order details.

 

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
 

Return shipping
 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
 

We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
 

Refunds
 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
 

Where applicable, original standard delivery costs will be refunded in line with UK consumer law. Any upgraded delivery costs are non-refundable.
